1. Licence
Awesome Downloader is provided free of charge for personal use. You may install and run it on any number of computers you own. You may not sell it, repackage it, or distribute modified installers under its name.
2. Acceptable use
The app is a general-purpose tool. You are responsible for what you use it on. You agree not to use it to:
- Download or redistribute material you do not have the right to copy.
- Circumvent technical protection measures where doing so is unlawful where you live.
- Violate the terms of service of any site you download from.
Copyright law differs by country. Downloading a copy of something for offline personal use may be permitted in one place and not another — that determination is yours to make.
3. Feedback you post
Comments left on this site are published publicly. By posting you confirm the words are yours to share, and you grant permission to display them on the site. Anything that is spam, abusive, or attempts to advertise may be held for review or removed without notice. See the privacy policy for what is stored and how to have a comment deleted.
4. No warranty
The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Sites change constantly; a download that works today may not work tomorrow, and no guarantee of continued compatibility with any particular service is made.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the software, including data loss.
6. Changes
These terms may be updated. Continued use of the software after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
